If you go to this site, you'll see that Good Earth is sponsoring a contest for three charities, but you can vote for your own. I just went in and entered 4 Paws. If you have a moment, think about doing this as well.

I can't be the only one breathlessly (well, almost!!) waiting to hear how things went at training, and how the new family members are doing. I know there are adjustments, but we are so interested.

I met Julie Moran recently at a Virtual Assistants’ retreat in Phoenix. After getting to know her, I asked if she’d put together something for my blog. She’s passionate about therapy dogs, and about her Virtual Assistant business, www.delegatethedet

Here's a story Shelby Svendsen sent in, which we'll use later in an eBook. Reporting back on the good things is so helpful to everyone. Thanks, Shelby!

Hi Judy,

I am having trouble viewing some of the pictures that I and other people have posted. Am I the only one or is anyone else having trouble too?

Thank you. That photo was taken in the Aleutian Island of Alaska (of Trapper) at a beach called Sand Dollar Beach on Popof Island...you can see the whole sand dollars all over the beach. I actually made this photo into postage stamps & such on Zazzle to help fund raise for Trapper's Service Dog. We raised a couple hundred for 4 Paws & then after completion of fund raising we raised about $30 toward the travel funds. It had a caption of "searching for Answers" or "searching for a cure" or "hope" or something like that. I should check my Zazzle Account because I cannot remember now. Also if you look up Sand Point, Alaska on citydata.com, you can vote on it. I submitted it with a few others a few years ago.

Meet Captain Halo of Delta Airlines

Peg, Leo, and Halo were on a Delta Airlines flight from Seattle to Atlanta, when someone thought this would be a great photo op. Once they'd landed, they were taken to the cockpit, where this picture was taken. Cute, yes?

Society for the Physically Disabled: Singapore

Singapore's Society for the Physically Disabled has fascinating PDF newsletter. Well worth the read: http://cli.gs/QWh81e. It's always heartwarming to read stories of how parents and families of those with disabilities handle their many situations.
